'Shape', the last single to be taken from 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has entered the official UK singles chart at #11. This is slightly disappointing but is the 5th song to be released from 'Angels...'.

Sugababes are at #11 in the midweek singles chart for 'Shape'. The Popbitch newsletter also predict the single will only go top 2- SO PROVE THEM WRONG! Go out and buy the single, it's avalible on 2 CD's and cassette!
11-03-03 Siobhans single 'Serrated'
Ex-Sugababes singer Siobhan Donaghy, now known as just Siobhan, released her debut solo single 'Serrated' on June 16thfor the trios original record label London. She quit in 2001 after Sugababes' debut album 'One Touch', to be replaced by Heidi Range.

11-03-03 Sell-Out UK tour
The Sugababes have now completely sold out their UK tour.
Starting on 26th March, the tour will see the girls travelling up and down the country across 10 dates. Keisha, Mutya and Heidi are really excited about seeing all their fans and looking forward to singing for them in person! You can see the girls singing all your favourite hits including ‘Freak Like Me’, ‘Round Round’ and their new single ‘Shape’ in a venue near you.

Sugababes 4th single to be taken from'Angels With Dirty Faces', 'Shape' is finally released tomorrow on 2CD's and cassette. CD1 featured the radio mix of 'Shape', Killer, 2003 Brits version of 'Freak' plus the video. CD2 features remixes by Salaam Remi, Double R, D-Bop and also features the album version. The cassette features the radio mix of 'Shape' plus the 2003 Brits version of 'Freak'.

20-02-03 Sugababes win their first Brit
Sugababes have won their first ever Brit Award for Best Dance Act! They missed out on both the other awards (Best British Band and Best Album) to Coldplay. They also preformed a revamped version of 'Freak Like Me' - captures and streaming video coming to the site soon!
14-02-03 'Shape' video
The promo video for 'Shape' has finally been added to the Box, selection number 444. It has also been shown on MTV and The Hits (selection number 444). 'Shape' is out March 10th.

12-02-03 Sugababes BandannaS
Throughout February you are able to buy one of Sugababe's exclusive bandannas! Mizz magazine chose various celebrities to design a bandanna and get their readers vote for their favourite! The bandannas have been made to raise money for TCT (Teenage Cancer Trust) and can be bought from MK One for £3, with £1 of the royalties going to TCT. Keisha, who designed the bandanna says, "I wanted to come up with a positive design. When people are ill, they don't want to be treated differently. They still want to feel attractive. So i felt the words on my bandanna should be a confidence booster. The message is 'You're beautiful just the way you are.'".

01-02-03 Supporting tour act revealed
It has been announced that 3rd Edge are to support the Sugababes on their first UK tour! 3rd Edge have had minor success before with their debut single 'In And Out' and released their new single 'Know You Wanna' which was released last week and charted at number 17. 31-01-03 'Freak Like Me' in the America
Sugababes' debut UK number 1 single 'Freak Like Me' has been getting airplay and going for ads on the American pop chart CHR - Contemporary Hit Radio! After the UK tour and the release of 'Shape', Sugababes are expected to head over to America to promote the single and album.
30-01-03 'Shape' news
'Shape', Sugababes new single, released on 3rd March has officially been added to Radio 1's playlist. At the moment they are in the "c-list" but hopefully they will move up to the "b and a-list" soon! You can also pre-order both copies of 'Shape' at Amazon.co.uk.
14-01-03 3 Brit nominations
Sugababes have been nominated for 3, yes 3 Brit awards! The categories they have been nominated in are; British Album (Angels With Dirty Faces), British Group and British Dance Act! The 'babes will also be performing too. The Brits will be aired on ITV1 on the 20th February.
06-01-03 Top 10 albums re-entry
After 19 weeks on the chart, 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has returned to the top 10 album charts at number 10! The album which features the singles 'Freak Like Me', 'Round Round' and 'Stronger' has been moving up the charts rapidly over the last few weeks with last weeks position at 16. Elsewhere in the charts, 'Stronger' / 'Angels With Dirty Faces' is at number 31 after 8 weeks on the chart. Also 'Freak Like Me' has been voted the number 8th best single of 2002 by C4 Teletext - Planet Sound viewers!
03-01-03 What's been happening
Sorry for the lack of updates, i've been very busy with Xmas and all that!... also happy new year! There hasn't been much going on in the world of Suga... The 'babes new single 'Shape' is released on the 24th February and the video has already been shot in Australia. Siobhans debut solo single is scheduled for release on the 17th March and rumour has it that Keisha is to feature on a remix of ex-Another Level member, Wayne Williams debut solo single 'Anything Is Possible'! I will soon start work on Sugababes Media which will replace this site later on and also start work on a Siobhan site www.siobhandonaghy.co.uk!

22-12-02 The THIRD album
Even though Sugababes released their 2nd album 'Angels With Dirty Faces' only last August they have already started recording their third album! It is still unknown as to when the next album will be released but expect it around the end of the year. 'Shape' the fourth single to be taken from 'Angels With Dirty Faces' will be released in March 2003.
01-12-02 Chart update
After 3 weeks in the UK singles chart Sugababes' single 'Stronger' / 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has fallen down to number 13, but is holding on strong. In the album charts, 'Angels With Dirty Faces' is holding on at number 21.

28-11-02 Release date for 'Shape'
According to dotmusic.com the release date for the 4th single from 'Angels With Dirty Faces', 'Shape', will be release on February 24th 2003.
24-11-02 'Stronger' falls to number 9
After it's second week in the UK singles chart 'Stronger' / 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has fallen two places to number 9. Elsewhere in the singles chart 'Angels With Dirty Faces' moves up the chart again to number 21!
23-11-02 'Shape' to be next single
The next single to be taken from Sugababes 2nd album 'Angels With Dirty Faces' (which has now gone platinum) is 'Shape'. I personally do not think this is the best song to pick from the album as the next single but i'm sure it will do well! The single features Sting and will be released in 2003.
23-11-02 Television appearances
Firstly, the 'babes are going to be appearing on 'Smile' at 8:30am on BBC 2. They are going to be interviewed and fingers crossed they will perform. The 'babes are also going to be on the Smash Hits Tour documentary called 'Tourology: Smash Hits Tour 2002' showing behind the scenes of the Smash Hits Poll Winners tour. Tune in at 2:35pm on channel 4. Following that, Sugababes are going to perform 'Freak Like Me' at the Smash Hits Poll Winners Party which starts at 4:30pm after the Smash Hits Tour documentary.
17-11-02 Sugababes enter at...
Sugababes latest, double-a-side single, 'Stronger' / 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has entered the top ten at number 7! This is the lowest chart position since new girl Heidi joined the group, but is still a very respectable postition for the babes. Elsewhere, in the album charts 'Angels With Dirty Faces' has moved up 3 places to number 25!

28-09-02 Future Sugababes Single With MC Romeo
Another exclusive from CD:UK! Cat Deeley announced on today's program that Sugababes will be doing a collaboration with So Solid's MC Romeo! It's still unknown what the track is called or when it will be released.
23-09-02 New Double-A-Side Single
It has been revealed in the Sun newspaper today that Sugababes new single will be a double-a-side featuring 'Angels With Dirty Faces' and 'Stronger'. 'Angels With Dirty Faces' is also being used for the main track for the forthcoming Power Puff Girls movie! In return the Cartoon Network creators have created an animated video featuring the cartoon 'babes fighting along with the PP Girls themselves! Filming for the 'Stronger' video has been completed, for a preview check out C4's Popworld on Sunday 9:30am!

26-08-02 'Angels With Dirty Faces' Out Now
The eagerly awaited second album from the Sugababes is finally here after nearly 2 years since the release of 'One Touch'. The 14 track album includes the number 1 singles 'Freak Like Me' and 'Round Round', a whole host of r'n'b, sophisticated pop and tear jerking ballads plus a beautiful acoustic version of 'Breathe Easy' (sorry this is turning into a Smash Hits review!!!)

'Round Round' has been knocked off the top of the UK singles chart by new boy band Blazin' Squad with their debut single 'Crossroads'. Sales for the 2 singles were neck and neck but sadly 'Round Round' had to settle for number 2 in its second week.

19-08-02 2nd Number 1 For The Sugababes
The second single from the new look Sugababes has repeated the success of their previous single by entering the UK single's chart at number 1! The Sugababes battled it out to the top spot beating off competition from the likes of Romeo, Daniel Beddingfield, Hear'Say, H & Claire and also last weeks number 1 Darius! There are rumours that the next Suga single is going to be 'Shape Of My Heart' originally done by Sting who is going to feature on the track too! Expect the single to be release around the end of the year.
17-08-02 2nd Number 1?
It is almost certain the 'babes will be getting their second number 1 tomorrow with 'Round Round'. Not only have Dotmusic and Worldpop predicted it to top the charts but the midweeks and CD:UK Saturday charts also placed the Sugababes at the top spot! So far 'Round Round' has sold 21,000 copies, if you haven't yet bought your copy (or 2) then do so now!

Sugababes have got their own TV documentary! The documentary will be about how the Sugababes have got to where they are after their first single 'Overload' to where they are now. The program will be broadcast on the 1st September 2002 on Channel 4.
